Betty is a Global Arts in Medicine Fellow, artist, palliative care nurse, and mother. After studying Fine Art & Health, she worked at the 50th Venice Biennale before becoming a nurse in 2010. Her elemental and ethereal artwork aims to spark conversation and encourage non-gallery-goers to engage with art. Betty is also a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Arts, Health & Wellbeing, advocating for the positive impact of art on health.
